• Delivery time: 1–5 business days
• Products ordered to Finland are delivered via Posti parcel delivery
• Delivery is free of charge.
• Once the shipment is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from Posti
Furniture
Armchair 004 and Lounge Chair 001
• Delivery time: 6–8 weeks
• Products ordered to Finland are delivered via Posti freight delivery
• Shipping is free of charge.
• Due to high demand, delivery times may occasionally be longer
• The final delivery schedule will be confirmed separately in the order confirmation
• Posti will contact the recipient by phone to arrange the delivery time
International Shipping
Clothing and other smaller products
• Delivery time: 5–10 business days
• International orders are shipped via UPS Standard
• Delivery free of charge
• You will receive a tracking link once the order has been handed over to the carrier
Furniture

• Delivery time: 6-8 weeks
• For the time being, this product is available through our online store for delivery to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.
• For deliveries to other countries, please contact us by e-mail at info@vuokko.fi
• International freight deliveries are handled by DB Schenker.
• You will receive a tracking link once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Due to high demand, delivery times may occasionally be longer

Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Within the EU: no customs duties apply
• Outside the EU: customers are responsible for any:
o customs duties
o import taxes
o additional fees
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs

Delays
Delivery times are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
• shipping carriers
• customs processing
• weather conditions

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
• contact us as soon as possible
• provide photos of the damage
